At it’s Winter/Festive edition, Shantanu and Nikhil created two individual lines, for men and women, with two distinct stories. While their women’s wear, titled “The Matador’s Mistress”, was inspired from Spain, the menswear, called “The Mutiny of 1919”, was based on the Jallianwala Bagh incident.

Celebs at the fashion show got us all excited for our challenging venture. Genelia D’souza looked sweet and simple posing for the shutterbugs.

Glamour , Romance and Elegance were the mainstay of the collection that was thoughtfully titled "The Matador's Mistress". There were couture ball gowns that left the women in the audience speechless .Full flared skirts of floor kissing gowns swirled around the models paired with Matador jackets were the highlights. Delicate ruffles, lace and abundant sheer additions came alive with the signature S&N drapes. The winter collection gives our brides alternate options for their outfits on reception, sangeet and cocktail parties.
The Dancing diva Malaika Arora Khan turned showstopper for the duo’s women’s trend. Malaika glided down the ramp in a cut-out at the waist, long-sleeved black mermaid style gown with gold bead work .
The theme for Men’s wear being “Mutiny 1919” was a robust way to resurrect the spirit of freedom of expression in the country. Actor Riteish Deshmukh walked as showstopper with a turban paired with black textured jacket, flared kurta and churidars .
